SFE has over 100 years of experience in hydropower and is one of the largest producers of electricity in the western part of Norway. Furthermore, this firm is one of the owners of HyFuel AS. HyFuel’s goal is to produce sustainable green hydrogen at Fjord Base, located outside of Florø. The production is planned to include an industrial symbiosis with the landbased fish farm at Gaddholmen, to exploit the oxygen and waste heat.
