The Hannover Messe is the most important international platform for industrial transformation in the world. There are about 6500 exhibitors and 215 000 visitors at the trade fair. In 2019, Norway participated for the first time with an official pavilion. Ocean Hyway Cluster and Hub for Ocean will take part in the Norwegian joint initiative at the Hannover Messe in 2020. The official pavilion is in “Energy Hall 27” where the main theme is renewable energy, resource efficiency, technology for energy, as well as gas, water and wind technology.
