Søknadsportalen kompensasjonsordning.no er no open. Ordninga skal gje hjelp til føretak som er hardt ramma av koronasituasjonen. Ordninga er open både for bedrifter som er stengd av myndigheitene og andre føretak som har eit betydeleg inntektstap.
Kompensasjonsordninga for næringslivet er ein del av regjeringa si tredje krisepakke som følgje av koronasituasjonen. Kompensasjonsordninga gjev verksemder med stort inntektsbortfall som følgje av virusutbrotet ein økonomisk kompensasjon. Målet er at næringslivet i størst mogleg grad unngår konkursar og kjem seg raskare opp igjen når krisa er over. Ordninga gjeld for mars, april og mai 2020.

Verksemdene som søkjer om støtte nyttar eit digital søknadsskjema. Her legg verksemda sjølv inn omsetjing for månaden det søkast for, omsetjing i same månad året før og faste, uunngåelege kostnader. Søknadsprosessen er i stor grad automatisert. Kva verksemder som får offentleg støtte blir gjort kjend kort tid etter at søknaden er godkjent.

The application form for Norwegian enterprises with a significant drop in revenue due to the coronavirus situation is now open. The Business Compensation Scheme is part of the Norwegian government’s third package of measures to mitigate the effects of the virus situation. The Compensation Scheme provides financial compensation for enterprises with severe income loss resulting from the coronavirus outbreak. The goal is to help the business sector avoid bankruptcies and recover quickly after the crisis is over. The scheme will apply for the months of March, April and May.

Automated solution
The enterprise applying for subsidies will use a digital application form. In the form, the enterprise will enter the revenue for the month the application applies to, the revenue for the same month the previous year, and unavoidable fixed costs. The application process is largely automated. The names of enterprises receiving subsidies from the state will be made publically available shortly after their applications have been approved.
Who manages the scheme
The Ministry of Finance has made the Tax Administration responsible for implementing and managing the scheme.
